| Biography |
| Dr. Kai Mon
Lee received his B.S. in Chemistry from University
of Bradford, England and his M.S. degree in Biophysical
Chemistry from the University of British Columbia,
Canada. He obtained his Ph.D. in Biophysical Chemistry
at Ohio State University. He held the position
of a Scientist at St. Luke Medical Center - Columbia
University where he conducted research on developmental
regulation of human globin genes. Dr.Lee's current
research interest focuses on molecular pathogenesis
of Alzheimer?s disease. He has been a member of
the faculty at UMDNJ - School of Osteopathic Medicine
(SOM) since 1992. At SOM Dr. Lee serves as course
director for Medical Biochemistry, teaches Medical
Biochemistry and Medical Microbiology and has developed
two Web-based courses. Dr. Lee also serves as Chair
of the Curriculum Committee at SOM and is a past
recipient of the Excellence Award in Education. |
